- معلومات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، والبيانات التي تقدمها عند إنشاء حسابك.
- محتوى الرؤيا والتسجيلات: نص الرؤيا المكتوب، والتسجيلات الصوتية (في حال اختيار المستخدم إرسال الرؤيا صوتياً)، وتاريخ ووقت الرؤيا.
- البيانات التوضيحية (اختيارية): مثل الحالة الاجتماعية (أعزب، متزوج، إلخ) والحالة الوظيفية؛ حيث تعد هذه المعلومات ضرورية وملازمة لأصول التعبير الشرعي للرؤى وتساعد المفسر في دقة التأويل.
- البيانات المالية وعمليات الشراء: كافة المعاملات المالية لشراء الخطط والخدمات تتم معالجتها بأمان وسرية تامة من خلال نظام الفواتير المعتمد لمتجر جوجل بلاي (Google Play In-App Billing). خوادمنا لا تطّلع ولا تحتفظ بأي أرقام لبطاقاتك الائتمانية أو بياناتك المصرفية.
- بيانات الجهاز والاستخدام: نوع الجهاز، إصدار نظام التشغيل، ومعرّفات التنبيهات لإرسال إشعارات بحالة الرؤيا، وسجلات الأخطاء البرمجية لتحسين الأداء.

- تقديم خدمة تفسير الرؤى والأحلام بدقة وسرعة من خلال المفسر المعتمد والمختار.

- إدارة حسابك وتقديم الدعم الفني وحل أي مشكلات تواجهها أثناء الاستخدام.

4. مشاركة المعلومات وحماية الخصوصية
نحن نحترم قدسية وخصوصية ما يراه الإنسان في منامه، ولذلك:
- المفسرون المعتمدون: تتم مشاركة تفاصيل الرؤيا والتسجيل الصوتي حصرياً مع المفسر المكلف بتفسير الرؤيا لإنجاز التعبير فقط.
- مزودو الخدمات المعتمدون: نستخدم خدمات سحابية معتمدة وآمنة (مثل خوادم الاستضافة الآمنة، وخدمة Firebase Cloud Messaging لإرسال الإشعارات).
- عدم بيع البيانات إطلاقاً: نحن لا نبيع، ولا نؤجر، ولا نتاجر ببياناتك الشخصية أو محتوى رؤاك مع أي جهات خارجية أو معلنين على الإطلاق.

5. أمان وحماية البيانات
نطبق أعلى المعايير الأمنية والتقنية لحماية بياناتك من الوصول غير المصرح به أو التغيير أو الفقدان:

تطبيقنا غير موجه للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً، ولا نقوم عمداً بجمع أي معلومات تعريفية شخصية من الأطفال. في حال علمنا بجمع أي بيانات لطفل دون موافقة ولي الأمر، يتم حذفها فوراً.

- Payment & Purchase Details: All in-app subscription and package transactions are securely processed through Google Play In-App Billing. We never store, process, or have access to your credit card or financial numbers on our servers.
- Device & Usage Data: Device model, operating system version, push notification tokens (for sending interpretation status updates), and anonymous error logs for stability optimization.
